To this day, we haven’t had a customer tell us they were excited to get their fingerprints taken. It’s a chore, right? And even though we’ve made it as easy as we can for you with convenient locations, no appointment required, and top-notch technology, you still have to actually do it.
So, to make getting there and getting it done as easy and quick as possible, may we offer three tips?
Prep Yourself
We can’t stress enough the value of preparation. At least a day before, make sure to drink plenty of water (dry skin is a top culprit for slowing down the fingerprinting process). It’s also good to use lotion on your hands the night before – but not right before, or your fingers may be sticky.
Check Your Info
Before you head out, check that you have:
- Two forms of ID
- Your registration code (check your email or app!)
- The fingerprinting location details
That way, you can make sure you show up during store hours and have everything required with you.
Work with a Technician
Our fingerprinting stations are intuitive, and you can do most of the work yourself. However, you need to work with a technician to capture your prints. It’s actually easier for a technician to make the right adjustments when a fingerprint doesn’t meet quality standards anyway. Trust us; we’ve taken a lot of fingerprints.
We want you to have the best and fastest experience possible. Take a little time to prep, and you’ll help that along.
