Today, we are happy to announce that we now support most Florida state fingerprinting needs.
We have been approved through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) to collect fingerprints and submit them to FDLE for processing. Any Sterling Identity location – even those outside Florida! – can collect fingerprints for many Florida state services, including adoption, child care, education, public record checks, state employment, and more.
Here’s how the process works:
- Visit florida.fingerprints.sterlingidentity.com to start a fingerprinting order. There, you’ll enter information (including the ORI for the agency that will receive the prints – make sure you ask for it before you get started), find out all the state fees, enter required information, and pay for your order.
- Then, find a Sterling Identity location near you where you can submit your fingerprints.
- Go to the location at your convenience and work with a technician to collect and submit your prints!
