Follow these steps to request a Sterling Identity Network Kiosk for your store.

Onboarding Steps
Fill out the form below to request a Sterling Identity Network Kiosk for your store.
We’ll evaluate your store’s geographical location and connect with The UPS Store CRS team to confirm your store’s eligibility to join the network.
We will use the information you provide to generate an agreement.
Look for an email from Sterling Identity in your inbox, then follow the instructions to sign the agreement.
If you do not receive an email from Sterling Identity, check your spam filter.
Once the agreement is signed, we will ship a kiosk to your store and provide you with the tracking number. The kiosk comes with simple installation and cleaning instructions. Please keep the original packaging in case you need to replace or return the kiosk in the future.
